The game plan for after the game.
Baltimore fills up on game days — pro games downtown, college lacrosse, youth tournaments across the county. Whether you played sixty minutes or sat in the stands for four hours, the day takes more out of you than you expect. We're the recovery stop: a wellness retreat in Fells Point, ten minutes from the downtown stadiums.
If you played: cold plunge ($20) in the hours after the final whistle, then HOCATT the next morning — ten therapies in one 30-minute session, first time $85 — with red light ($65) or compression ($60) if the legs took the worst of it.
If you watched: stadium seats and tailgates are their own workout. The HOCATT-plus-plunge contrast circuit is the fastest way to head home feeling better than you arrived.
Here for a tournament weekend?
We're open Saturday and Sunday — 9am to 3pm and 4pm to 7pm Saturday, 9am to 7pm straight through Sunday — so between-game recovery actually fits the bracket schedule. Parents: the sound bed ($55) and red light are the quiet hour you deserve while the athlete plunges.
1525 Aliceanna Street, Fells Point — the light blue door. Book online; no account needed.
