Day Visits

  • Inner Harmony First Visit — 2 hrs — $195. Your first time with us. A quiet two hours to feel the home, try the equipment, and see how your body responds. Includes one 30-minute HOCATT session — the only HOCATT in the Baltimore area — plus self-paced access to red light therapy, PEMF, biharmonic sound bed, and cold plunge, and a brief walkthrough with Rocky.
  • Holistic Wellness Starter — 3 hrs — $275. A returning visit, deepened. Includes one 30-minute HOCATT session — the only HOCATT in the Baltimore area — plus self-paced access to the full equipment stack, plus thirty minutes of bodywork or assisted stretching with Rocky, plus a brief check-in with Michele. Compression sleeves access included.
  • Full Stack Half-Day — 4.5 hrs — $475. The full stack, unhurried, with Michele nutritional-psychiatry conversation and Rocky bodywork built in. One 30-minute HOCATT session is included alongside full equipment stack access (red light, PEMF, sound bed, cold plunge, compression), a 45-minute bodywork session with Rocky, and a 30-minute conversation with Michele. Plant-based lunch available on request as add-on.
  • Couples Intro Rejuvenation — 5.5 hrs — $595. Five and a half hours, side by side, in our home. Both partners receive 30 minutes rapid release therapy and assisted stretching with Rocky, plus a 30-minute HOCATT session each (the only HOCATT in the Baltimore area), and cold plunge access. Full access to biharmonic sound bed, red light therapy, PEMF, compression sleeves, and myofascial release tools throughout. The couples price includes lunch for two, 30-minute conversation with Michele, and a Steam Shower with Aromatherapy session for the two of you. The right call for an anniversary, milestone, or any afternoon you want to leave the rest of the world for.
  • Couples Premium Day — 5 hrs — $895. Five hours, side by side, in our home. Hocatt

  • HOCATT — First-Time Trial — 30 min — $85. Your first HOCATT session. Hyperthermic Ozone and Carbonic Acid Transdermal Therapy — ten therapies running simultaneously inside our HOCATT Platinum, the only one in Baltimore. Michele is on the floor for the entire session. One per guest.
  • HOCATT — Single Session — 30 min — $99. A single HOCATT Platinum session. Ten therapies in thirty minutes — ozone, oxygen, far infrared, PEMF, CO2, microcurrent, hyperthermia, photon light, ultrasonic cavitation, and aromatherapy. Michele is on the floor for the entire session.
  • HOCATT Six Pack — 30 min — $525. Six HOCATT sessions, redeemable on your schedule. The protocol cadence we suggest for serious cellular reset work — most guests run them weekly for six weeks. $87.50 per session.

  • Red Light Therapy - 30 min — 40 min — $65. Whole-body red light therapy. Thirty minutes of full-spectrum red and near-infrared light for skin, recovery, and mitochondrial support. Self-paced.
  • PEMF Session - 30 min — 30 min — $65. Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy. Thirty minutes for cellular signaling, recovery, and sleep support. Self-paced.
  • Sound Bed (V.I.B.E.) - 30 min — 40 min — $55. The V.I.B.E. PRO by Biharmonic Technologies is a full-size, clinical-grade vibroacoustic therapy system designed for professional wellness practices, recovery centers, and dedicated home wellness spaces.   • Cold Plunge - 10 min — 15 min — $20. Ten minutes in our cold plunge. Recovery, vagal tone, mood support. Best paired with HOCATT or sauna for contrast therapy.
  • Steam Shower with Aromatherapy - 30 min — 30 min — $60. Thirty minutes in our steam shower with curated aromatherapy oils. Single-person session. Couple version (30 min, $85) available.
  • Ionic Detox Foot Bath - 30 min — 30 min — $50. Thirty minutes with your feet in a warm, mineral ionic foot bath. A quiet, grounding way to begin or close a visit.
  • Compression Sleeves (Arms, Hips, Legs) - 1 hr — 60 min — $60. One hour of compression therapy for arms, hips, and legs. Compression sleeves promote blood flow to help reduce soreness and support recovery after training.

Bodywork With Rocky

  • Rapid Release Therapy with Rocky — 60 min — $135. Sixty minutes of hands-on Rapid Release Therapy with Rocky. High-frequency vibration applied to specific tissue points to release acute and chronic muscle tension. The most precisely targeted bodywork session we offer.
  • Myofascial Release Session — 60 min — $185. Sixty minutes of foundational bodywork with Rocky — foam roller, rumble roller, boom sticks (19.5lb and 44.5lb), and trigger release balls. Designed to release fascial restriction and restore movement.

Consultation

  • Nutritional Coaching - 45 min — 45 min — $95. Forty-five minutes with Michele on practical nutrition — meal planning, food sensitivities, recovery nutrition. Different from her clinical Nutritional Psychiatry Consultation (60 min, $295) which is the deeper engagement.

Inquiry-only

  • Couples Overnight Standard — 1 night — $575. One night in our private floor bedroom in Fells Point, with access to all three floors of equipment during your stay. Husband-and-wife welcome on arrival, coffee in the morning. Available through Airbnb. Inquire to book.
  • Couples Overnight Package — 1 night — $995. The Overnight Standard, plus dinner, breakfast, one HOCATT session each, one Couples Premium Day, one Stack Weekend, quarterly conversation with Michele, and a direct line to Rocky and Michele. The right starting point if you have not spent a night in a place like this before.
