In town for a game? Recover ten minutes from the stadium.
Inner Harmony Retreat is a wellness retreat in a Fells Point rowhouse, about ten minutes by car or rideshare from Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium. Whether you played this morning, you're stiff from the flight in, or you spent last night in the stands, this is where Baltimore comes to recover.
Most visitors headed to or from a game book three things:
- Cold plunge — $20. Ten minutes. The fastest reset in the building.
- HOCATT ozone sauna — first session $85. Ten therapies in one 30-minute session — ozone, oxygen, far infrared, PEMF, CO2, microcurrent, hyperthermia, photon light, ultrasonic cavitation, and aromatherapy. The only HOCATT machine in the Baltimore area.
- Red light therapy — $65. Thirty minutes, full-body, self-paced.
Pair the HOCATT's heat with the cold plunge for a full contrast circuit — the same hot-cold protocol traveling athletes ask us for by name.
Getting here from the stadiums
Head east along Pratt Street toward Fells Point; we're at 1525 Aliceanna Street, between Broadway and Washington. There's no big sign — look for the light blue door and ring the bell. Parking is available nearby, and a rideshare from either stadium runs about ten minutes.
