Ellicott City: the only HOCATT around is half an hour east.
From Ellicott City, we're about thirty minutes east on I-70 and US-40 into Fells Point. Historic Howard County has plenty of charm but no HOCATT — ours is the only one in the Baltimore area — so this is the closest place to work the full recovery stack.
