Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Life happens — we understand. But because we limit the number of clients we see each week, last-minute cancellations mean someone else missed the opportunity to book that slot.
If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we'll charge 50% of the session fee. No-shows are charged the full amount.
No add-ons, no upsells
This is a promise: we will never try to sell you additional services during your visit. No "while you're here, have you considered..." conversations. No pressure to book your next session before you've finished this one.
The price you see is the price you pay. The service you book is the service you receive. That's it.
Health considerations
Some modalities have contraindications (pregnancy, pacemakers, certain medical conditions). We'll ask about your health history when you book, and we'll discuss any concerns before your visit.
We're not medical providers. If you have specific health concerns, please consult your doctor before booking.

Open all seven days. Sunday 9am–7pm; Monday–Saturday 9am–3pm and 4pm–7pm.
