The modalities we offer

Clinical-grade technologies designed to support your body's natural healing capacity. Every modality we offer has a foundation in research — whether that's peer-reviewed studies, clinical observations, or established physiological mechanisms. Some modalities have decades of research behind them; others are newer, with promising early data but more questions than answers. We'll tell you which is which.

Red Light Therapy

Red and near-infrared wavelengths (630-850nm) penetrate the skin and are absorbed by mitochondria, increasing cellular ATP production. This boost in cellular energy supports tissue repair, collagen production, and inflammation reduction. Research shows benefits for skin health, wound healing, muscle recovery, and joint pain.

HOCATT (Hyperthermic Ozone and Carbonic Acid Transdermal Technology)

The only HOCATT in the Baltimore area. This advanced modality runs ten therapies in a single 30-minute session: ozone, oxygen, far infrared, PEMF, CO2 (carbonic acid), microcurrent, hyperthermia, photon light, ultrasonic cavitation, and aromatherapy. Ozone increases oxygen utilization at the cellular level, while carbonic acid improves circulation. The infrared component supports detoxification through gentle heat.

PEMF Mat (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field)

PEMF therapy uses electromagnetic fields to stimulate cellular repair and improve circulation. The pulsed fields help cells maintain their electrical charge, which is essential for nutrient absorption and waste removal. Sessions on the PEMF mat can support bone density, reduce inflammation, and promote overall cellular health.

Bioharmonic Sound Bed

Vibroacoustic therapy delivers low-frequency sound waves through the body, creating a massage-like effect at the cellular level. The sound bed combines specific frequencies with music designed to promote relaxation and nervous system regulation. Many clients report deep meditative states and improved sleep following sessions.

Ionic Foot Bath

This modality uses ionization to create an osmotic environment that may support the body's natural detoxification processes. While the mechanism is still being studied, many clients report feeling lighter and more energized after sessions. We view it as a gentle complement to other detoxification modalities.

Cold Plunge

Brief exposure to cold water (typically 2-5 minutes at 50-55°F) triggers a cascade of physiological responses: vasoconstriction followed by vasodilation, activation of brown fat, and release of norepinephrine. Regular cold exposure has been shown to improve mood, reduce inflammation, and support metabolic health.

Compression Sleeves

Sequential pneumatic compression uses air pressure to massage limbs, promoting lymphatic drainage and improving circulation. The sleeves inflate and deflate in a wave-like pattern, moving fluid from the extremities toward the core. Particularly beneficial after travel, intense exercise, or for those with circulation concerns.

Myofascial Release Tools

We provide access to various tools for self-myofascial release: foam rollers, massage balls, and percussion devices. These tools help release tension in the fascia (connective tissue), improve range of motion, and support recovery. We can guide you through techniques or you can use them independently during your visit.
